High Pressure Needle Valves

HYDRAULIC OIL PUMPS
Gear Pumps
Gear pumps (with external teeth) (fixed displacement) are simple and economical pumps. These pumps create pressure through the meshing of the gear teeth, which forces fluid around the gears to pressurize the outlet side. These gear pumps are highly reliable and much quieter than older models.
Vane Pumps
Rotary vane pumps (fixed and simple adjustable displacement) have higher efficiencies than gear pumps, but are also used for mid pressures up to 180 bars in genre and vane pumps are not regarded as "high pressure" components.
Radial Piston Pumps
Radial piston pumps (fixed displacement) are used especially for high pressure and relatively small flows. Pressures of up to 650 bars are normal.

Aluminum Series Pipe Clamps
Aluminum series Pipe - Tube clamps are normally used for high temperature applications (more than 260 degree Celsius) & the W.P. range more than 1500 PSI (100 BAR) and up to 8000 psi (600 BAR) in the Steel / stainless steel Piping System.
Multilayer Pipe Clamps
Multilayer Pipe clamps – DIN 3015 Part 1, 2 and 3 – Tube clamps are used for securing a tool to a multi-piece panel assembly. They can clamp vertically in 2 layers / 3 layers up to any numbers of layers but recommended up to 3 layers.
Rail Nut Pipe Clamp
Stand series rail mounted clamp is designed as per DIN-3015 Part – 1 and pipe clamp is normally used in general steel piping for support where pipe support is to be given with specific distance or adjustment. Our AC power packs supply flow from 3L/M up to 25LPM, and pressure from 40 bars to 250 bars.
